Substrate Treatment

Ensure your substrate surface is perfectly smooth, & dry, free from cracks, oil stains, & without any chemical additives like release agents. For surfaces that are loose or heavily sand-shedding, this product is unsuitable. Opt for shot blasting. Thoroughly sand and vacuum the substrate before proceeding.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate all unstable materials and oil stains from the floor surface for a pristine foundation.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting for the substrate's absorption. Apply a coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete and even penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement and durability, multiple coats can be seamlessly applied.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready for application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, providing an impeccable finish.
