Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of any cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. In cases of loose substrate or extensive sand shedding, this product isn't suitable, and shot blasting is necessary. Sand the substrate and vacuum thoroughly pre-application.

Application Method

>> Eliminate any unstable materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, tailored to the substrate's absorption rate. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, apply multiple coats as necessary.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready to be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
