SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by meticulously eliminating oil stains, dust particles, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings from your surface to ensure an impeccable foundation.
2. Sand down any uneven ground areas to effectively remove loose concrete fragments and impurities, creating a smooth, flawless surface for your project.
3. Maintain the integrity of the base by ensuring it remains dry and completely devoid of any puddles or moisture, guaranteeing optimal performance.
4. When dealing with absorbent substrates, we highly recommend applying the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent surface substrates, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to ensure superior treatment and adhesion.

Water to Mortar Ratio: 1:5 - Achieve the perfect blend for flawless application with our precise water to mortar ratio of 1:5. This ensures optimal consistency and performance, making your repairs swift and smooth.
APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer to create an immaculate foundation. Choose the most suitable primer for your project needs. Once the primer has been thoroughly absorbed by the base layer and enters a drying phase (a timeline of approximately 2-6 hours post-application), you can proceed to the preparatory work for the self-leveling process.
2. Begin with approximately 5 liters of pristine, clean water in a container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound. Utilize a mixer to achieve a consistently smooth, lump-free mixture. Once perfectly blended, pour the mixture out and meticulously spread it using a specialized notched trowel to ensure precision in thickness control. Protect this freshly prepared mixture from the harsh rays of direct sunlight and the force of strong winds.
3. Act swiftly before the self-leveling compound starts to set. Employ a defoaming roller to gently roll over the surface, effectively eliminating any entrapped air. Note: For seamless transportation of the self-leveling slurry, a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is recommended.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain an optimal construction environment with temperatures kept between 5°C and 30°C. Ensure that the relative humidity remains at a manageable level, preventing any adverse effects on the application process.
2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-material ratio as specified in the product manual. This precision is crucial to preserving the superior performance characteristics of the self-leveling material. Avoid any deviations in water quantity.
3. Utilize the mixed self-leveling material within a strategic window of 20 minutes. This proactive application is vital to prevent premature solidification, ensuring the material remains in top-notch condition for use.
4. Safety during application is paramount. Exercise caution to prevent the material from inadvertently contacting eyes or skin.
5. Throughout the curing period, safeguard the surface from impacts by heavy objects and exposure to water, preserving the integrity of the application.
TRANSPORTATION
Ensure storage in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, take care to avoid any collisions or compressions that may compromise the integrity of the packaging.
