Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is impeccably smooth & dry, completely free of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. For loose surfaces or large areas of sand shedding, this product is not recommended for reinforcement. In such scenarios, shot blasting is mandatory. Always sand the substrate and conduct a thorough vacuum before application to ensure a perfect start.

Application Method

>> Begin by eliminating any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for a clean application.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, or adjust according to substrate absorption. Apply one coat using a roller brush, ensuring thorough and complete penetration for optimal results.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, additional coats can be applied as necessary, tailoring your approach to the specific needs of your project.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, paving the way for a flawless finish and superior durability.
