Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, and devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. This product is unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Employ shot blasting and thorough vacuuming prior to application for best results.

Application Method

 

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface meticulously.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, or adjust based on the substrate's absorption rate. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring it penetrates completely.

>> Consider applying multiple coats to further enhance reinforcement and durability.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement to achieve a flawless finish.
