Installation Instructions
For an impeccable wood flooring installation, use a B11 notched trowel, meticulously crafted for wood flooring adhesive application. Remember to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters for optimal performance. The open time is influenced by the adhesive amount, prevailing climatic conditions, and the substrate's absorption rate. The adhesive is ready to perform when it starts forming strings, indicating its perfect readiness for application.
For the expert wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, employ a B1 notched trowel. Ensure to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters for maximum efficiency. Begin installation as soon as the adhesive starts to form strings, ensuring the ideal transfer to the flooring's back. During installation, carefully roll the entire surface with a roller, utilize a cork board for pressing edges and corners, ensuring a seamless, gap-free bond. Conduct a follow-up roll 20 minutes later. For a thorough overview, strictly follow Lan Guan's technical instructions to solidify the integrity and longevity of your flooring.
