SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin with a clean slate by thoroughly eradicating oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings from the surface to ensure optimal adhesion and a flawless finish.
2. Carefully sand the uneven ground to meticulously eliminate loose concrete particles and impurities, paving the way for a perfectly smooth foundation.
3. Ensure the base remains impeccably dry and completely free of any puddles to promote superior bonding and longevity.
4. When dealing with absorbent substrates, it is advisable to apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent for enhanced surface readiness; meanwhile, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended for a robust and efficient surface treatment.

APPLICATION
1. Thoroughly cleanse the base layer, ensuring it is immaculate. Choose the appropriate primer and apply it generously. Once the primer is absorbed by the base and begins its drying phase - typically within 2 to 6 hours - you are prepared to embark on the self-leveling process.
2. Begin by pouring approximately 5 liters of pristine water into a suitable container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, blending it diligently with a mixer until the mixture is seamlessly smooth and free of lumps. Dispense the well-mixed material and spread it evenly using a specialized notched trowel to guide the thickness. Ensure the freshly mixed material is shielded from harsh sunlight and gusty winds to maintain its integrity.
3. Prior to the compound setting, employ a defoaming roller across the surface to expel air bubbles introduced during mixing. Note: A high-efficiency pump with a delivery capacity ranging from 20 to 40 liters per minute may be utilized to convey the self-leveling slurry for optimal application.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. The temperature of the construction environment should be meticulously controlled between 5°C and 30°C. Additionally, ensure that the relative humidity is maintained at suitable levels to guarantee optimal performance of the product.
2. Adhere strictly to the specified water-to-material ratio as outlined in the product manual. Deviating by adding either too much or too little water may compromise the efficacy of the self-leveling material.
3. The prepared self-leveling mixture should be applied within a 20-minute window to prevent premature solidification and maintain usability.
4. Exercise caution during application to avoid accidental contact with eyes or skin, ensuring safety standards are upheld.
5. During the curing phase, safeguard the surface from impacts by heavy objects and prevent any exposure to water to maintain the quality of the finish.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in an environment that is dry, well-ventilated, and cool, away from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compressions that could compromise the integrity of the packaging.
