Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, and free of cracks or oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. Unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, this product requires shot blasting. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum before application for best results.

Application Method

 

>> Thoroughly remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for optimal adhesion.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 based on substrate absorption rates. Apply one coat using a roller brush to ensure complete penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied to increase durability.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready for the application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, providing a smooth and stable foundation.
