1. Begin by meticulously removing any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and outdated coatings from the surface. This essential step ensures a pristine base that maximizes the adhesion of our superior Self-Leveling Cement Mix.
2. Next, expertly sand the uneven ground to eliminate any loose concrete and impurities. This crucial process helps achieve a smooth, even surface, ideal for the application of our innovative product.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and devoid of any puddles. A dry, clean substrate is paramount for optimal bonding and a flawless finish.
4. For substrates that are absorbent, we recommend using our specialized LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For those substrates that are non-absorbent, our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is the preferred choice for premium treatment.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer to ensure optimal adhesion and performance. Next, select an appropriate primer that suits your specific requirements. Once the primer has been fully absorbed and begins to dry-a process taking roughly 2 to 6 hours-initiate the pre-work for the self-leveling application, setting the stage for a flawless finish.
2. Start by pouring about 5 liters of pristine water into a clean container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound into the water. Mix thoroughly using a high-quality mixer until the compound achieves a creamy and lump-free consistency. Pour the smooth mixture onto your surface, spreading it uniformly with a specialized notched trowel to maintain the desired thickness. Ensure the freshly mixed material is safeguarded from direct sunlight and strong winds to preserve its integrity.
3. Before the compound begins its setting process, employ a defoaming roller to gently roll over the surface. This crucial step expels any entrapped air, ensuring a seamless and bubble-free finish. Note: For efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry, a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is recommended.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. The construction environment should be carefully controlled, maintaining temperatures between 5°C and 30°C. Additionally, ensure the relative humidity remains at moderate levels to optimize the compound's performance and application success.
2. Adhere strictly to the water ratio specified in the product manual. This precision is vital in preserving the intended performance characteristics of the self-leveling material. Avoid deviations that could compromise the material by adding too much or too little water.
3. It is imperative to apply the mixed self-leveling material within a 20-minute window. This ensures the material retains its workability and prevents it from solidifying prematurely, which could render it unusable.
4. Prioritize safety throughout the construction process. Take preventative measures to avoid any accidental splashes of material into the eyes or onto the skin, safeguarding the well-being of all involved.
5. During the critical curing period, ensure the ground remains free from impacts by heavy objects and is not exposed to water. These precautions are essential to maintain the integrity of the cured surface.
TRANSPORTATION
Store the self-leveling cement mix in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, well away from direct sunlight and moisture to extend its shelf life. During transportation, care should be taken to prevent packaging damage by avoiding collisions and compression, ensuring the product arrives in pristine condition.
