4. For substrates that are absorbent, we recommend the use of LG660, our specialized water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, LG670, our expertly formulated non-absorbent interface agent, is highly recommended for optimal treatment and preparation.

APPLICATION

2. Begin by adding around 5 liters of clean water into your mixing container. Gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to blend until it achieves a smooth, lump-free consistency. Pour the well-mixed material onto the surface and spread evenly, utilizing a specialized notched trowel to maintain the desired thickness. Safeguard the freshly applied compound from direct sunlight and strong winds to ensure impeccable results.
3. Before the compound sets, employ a defoaming roller to meticulously roll over the surface, eliminating any entrapped air bubbles. For efficient application, consider using a pump with a delivery capacity ranging from 20 to 40 liters per minute to transport the self-leveling slurry seamlessly.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment temperature between 5°C and 30°C, ensuring the relative humidity remains low. This temperature control is vital for optimal product performance.
2. Adhere strictly to the water ratio as specified in the product manual. Any deviation could compromise the self-leveling material's performance. Avoid adding excessive or insufficient water to maintain integrity.
3. Apply the freshly mixed self-leveling compound within a 20-minute window to prevent premature solidification, which can render the material unusable.
4. Prioritize safety during construction; take precautions to prevent the mixture from contacting eyes or skin. Safety is paramount during the application process.

TRANSPORTATION
