Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. Unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, where shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are requisite prior to application.

Application Method

>> First, remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure a clean application area.

>> Dilute hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting for substrate absorption. Apply a complete coat with a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats to build strength.

>> Once it has fully cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, providing a smooth, stable foundation.
