Product introduction
This Super Wear-resistant Floor Sealing Hardener can fully penetrate into the concrete 5mm - 8mm, reacting with free calcium and magnesium ions in the concrete to form a dense crystalline structure. This process hardens the entire surface, making the concrete floor hard, durable, and aesthetically pleasing.
The lithium-based hardener for emery floors is specifically formulated for emery floors (commonly known as wear-resistant floors).
After a period of use, emery floors may develop dust and dirt issues due to their inherent porous nature as cement products. However, the structural composition, pH level, and trace element content of emery floors differ from other basic floors. The emery floor hardener is formulated to address these specific characteristics, ensuring that all active components within the emery floor participate in the reaction, resulting in a uniformly reacted surface.
Application scope
Industrial floors; Workshop floors; Supermarket floors; Concrete parking lots; Concrete highways; Airport runways; Concrete bridges; Concrete docks; Concrete walls;Sports centers; Any location with concrete or cement mortar base; Reinforcement of new and old concrete bases; Reinforcement of new and old terrazzo bases; Reinforcement of new and old hardened wear-resistant floors.

Advantages of Concrete Sealing Hardener Floors
- High Strength: The treated concrete surface achieves a Mohs hardness of 8, increasing strength by approximately 200%.
- Wear Resistance: Various components in the concrete are solidified into a hard, dense mass, improving wear resistance by about six times.
- Dust Prevention: Chemical reactions with the silicates in the concrete form a dense structure, preventing dust from accumulating on the surface.
- Compression Resistance: Treated samples exhibit a 40% increase in compressive strength compared to untreated samples, with flexural strength more than doubling.
- Water Resistance: Effectively penetrates the concrete, locking pores and inhibiting the ingress of water, oil, and other contaminants.
- Aging Resistance: Effectively prevents damage from chloride ions and UV exposure; concrete remains unaffected by electromagnetic fields or mist.
- Corrosion Resistance: The corrosion resistance of the treated concrete surface is significantly enhanced.
- Bonding Strength: Bonding strength with epoxy resin increases by 21.9%, while bonding strength with coatings remains largely unchanged.
- Glossiness: The treated concrete floor exhibits a marble-like sheen, with gloss improving with prolonged use.
