Our Eco-Friendly Flooring Glue with Advanced Curing Hardener is the perfect choice for fortifying surfaces like cement mortar walls with minimal sand shedding, and versatile enough for use on aerated concrete blocks. It excels on surfaces such as putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and is particularly effective on absorbent substrates like concrete. This remarkable product efficiently seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, substantially decreasing the absorption rate of porous materials.

By innovatively preventing moisture from the leveling layer from penetrating the substrate, it simultaneously enhances bonding strength. This ensures a durable connection between the leveling layer and the foundation, effectively addressing common challenges such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of any cracks, oil stains & free from chemical additives like release agents. If the substrate surface is loose or extensively sand-shedding, this product should not be used for reinforcement, and shot blasting is necessary. Sand the substrate and vacuum thoroughly before application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate all unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water, adjusting the ratio between 1:1 to 1:2 based on the substrate's absorption rate. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration for optimal results.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied as necessary.

>> Upon full curing, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
