SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin your subfloor preparation journey by meticulously eliminating oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings from the surface. This foundational step ensures a pristine base for optimal results.
2. Carefully sand the uneven ground to effectively remove any loose concrete and impurities. This process will provide a smooth and even surface, paving the way for superior application.
3. It is essential to maintain a dry base that is completely free of puddles. This precautionary measure guarantees the longevity and durability of the finished flooring.
4. For absorbent substrates, we highly recommend the use of LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for substrates with non-absorbent surfaces, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is your go-to solution for impeccable treatment.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer, ensuring it's free from dust and residue. Select the appropriate primer tailored for your project. Allow the primer to be absorbed and start drying, which typically takes between 2 to 6 hours. Once dry, you can commence the pre-work for the self-leveling process.
2. Initiate the mixing process by pouring approximately 5 liters of pristine water into a container. Gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of our superior self-leveling compound. Mix diligently using a mixer until you achieve a perfectly smooth, lump-free consistency. Spread the mixture evenly with precision, using a specialized notched trowel to ensure the desired thickness. Safeguard the freshly prepared material from harsh sunlight and gusty winds to maintain its integrity.
3. Swiftly roll over the surface with a defoaming roller before the compound begins to set, eliminating any entrapped air effectively. Note: For efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry, employ a pump with a delivery capacity ranging from 20 to 40 liters per minute for optimal efficiency.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Ensure the environment is controlled with temperatures ranging between 5°C and 30°C. Maintain a low relative humidity to facilitate optimal setting and performance.
2. Adhere strictly to the specified water ratio as outlined in the product manual. This precision is crucial to maintain the exemplary performance of the self-leveling material; deviations can compromise its effectiveness.
3. Expedite the application process of the mixed self-leveling material, ensuring it is applied within a 20-minute window to prevent premature solidification and wastage.
4. Exercise caution during application to prevent accidental splashes on eyes or skin, ensuring a safe working environment.
5. During the critical curing period, protect the surface from impacts by heavy objects or exposure to water, preserving the quality and durability of the finish.
TRANSPORTATION
Store the material in a dry, airy, and cool location, shielding it from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, take care to avoid collisions and compression, thereby preventing any damage to the packaging and preserving the product's pristine condition.
