The K50 commercial self-leveling compound stands as a pinnacle of innovation, a water-hardening inorganic composite that masterfully combines superior-quality raw materials with a meticulously crafted blend. This results in exceptional fluidity, enabling swift and precise leveling of indoor floors. It is the go-to solution for pre-flooring preparation across various materials, including plastic flooring, sheet materials, tile, and wooden floors.
Celebrated for its formidable strength, minimal shrinkage, and outstanding adhesion, the K50 self-leveling compound delivers an impeccable smoothness and solid base essential for floor installations. Perfectly compatible with diverse solid substrates such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces, it redefines the standards of groundwork excellence.
1. Boasting unparalleled fluidity, it adeptly auto-levels the ground with precision.
2. Significantly enhances the foundation's density, hardness, and uniformity.
3. Effectively reduces porosity while boosting uniform absorption characteristics.
4. Rapid drying and early setting allow for the grinding and installation of decorative flooring materials within just 1-2 days.
5. Its low shrinkage properties are instrumental in preventing cracking during ground treatment.

In a single application, the K50 compound can be applied in thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 5mm.
1. Eradicate oil stains, dust, loose materials, and any residual coatings from the surface.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding away loose concrete and debris, followed by a thorough vacuuming to remove all loose particles and dust.
3. Ensure the base is dry and devoid of puddles.
4. For substrates that are absorbent, we recommend the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advisable.
The ideal water to mortar ratio is precisely 26%.
1. Post thorough cleaning of the base layer, select an appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and starts to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), proceed with the pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Introduce about 6 liters of clean water into a container, then gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix with a mixer until achieving a smooth, lump-free consistency. Spread the mixture evenly, utilizing a specialized notched trowel for precise thickness control. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, ensuring the mixing and application are completed within a 10-minute window.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, employ a defoaming roller to eliminate any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be utilized for transporting the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool area, shielded from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product's shelf life extends to 6 months.
During transport, circumvent collisions and compressive forces to preserve the integrity of the packaging.
