TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
PREPARE THE BASE SURFACE Thoroughly remove dust and debris from the floor using a mop. If the floor is uneven, apply self-leveling materials to achieve a smooth and pristine surface.

STEP 2.
APPLY THE ADHESIVE Evenly spread the adhesive across the floor with a scraper brush. Wait 15-20 minutes until the adhesive transitions from white to transparent, then proceed with the carpet installation.

STEP 3.
INSTALL THE CARPET Position the carpet flat and smooth, apply firm pressure, and use a rubber mallet or pressure roller to ensure a secure fit.

STEP 4
ALLOW THE ADHESIVE TO CURE
The carpet adhesive achieves optimal bonding strength in 3 hours. Avoid stepping or working on the carpet for 12 hours to prevent bubbling or deformation. This technique ensures durability and flawless results.
