Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. For surfaces that are loose or have extensive sand shedding, this product is not ideal for reinforcement. In such scenarios, shot blasting is recommended. Always sand and thoroughly vacuum the substrate before application.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing any loose, unstable materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust based on substrate absorption. Apply a coat with a roller brush for full penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as needed, ensuring optimal results.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a strong and durable finish.
