TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE Thoroughly clean all dust and debris from the floor with a mop. If the floor is uneven, use self-leveling material to achieve a smooth and pristine surface, ensuring optimal adhesive performance.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION Utilize a scraper brush to spread the adhesive evenly across the floor. Allow a waiting period of 15-20 minutes, during which the adhesive transitions from white to transparent, indicating readiness for carpet installation.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION Lay the carpet smoothly and apply uniform pressure. Use a rubber mallet to tap, or a pressure roller to ensure a perfect bond without air pockets.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
Allow the carpet adhesive to strengthen its bonding over 3 hours. It is crucial to avoid stepping or working on the carpet for 12 hours to prevent bubbling or deformation, ensuring a flawless finish capable of handling weight stress seamlessly.
