K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Begin by meticulously removing any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface, ensuring a pristine starting point.
2. Grind uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then vacuum thoroughly to remove any remaining loose materials and dust, achieving a clean canvas.
3. Ensure the base is impeccably dry and free from puddles to guarantee superior adhesion and performance.
4. For highly absorbent substrates, employ the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surfaces, utilize the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to prepare the substrate for optimal results.
Water to mortar ratio: 26% - The ideal balance for achieving a perfectly mixed compound.
1. Post thorough base layer cleaning, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), initiate the preparatory work for self-leveling, setting the stage for excellence.
2. Introduce about 6 liters of pure water into a container, then gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Blend seamlessly with a mixer until the mixture is uniformly smooth and free of lumps. Pour it out, spreading evenly with a specialized notched trowel to precisely control thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, and ensure the mixing and application process is completed within 10 minutes for best results.
3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, utilize a defoaming roller to eliminate any entrapped air. Note: Employ a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool area, shielded from direct sunlight and humid conditions. When sealed, the product boasts a shelf life of 6 months, ensuring long-lasting reliability.
During transportation, exercise care to avoid collisions and compression, thereby safeguarding the integrity of the packaging and ensuring the product arrives in immaculate condition.
