Introducing the K50 commercial self-leveling compound, a state-of-the-art water-hardening inorganic composite material. Meticulously formulated with premium raw ingredients, it showcases unparalleled fluidity for precise and rapid leveling of indoor flooring surfaces. Whether pre-leveling for plastic flooring, sheet materials, tiles, or wooden floors, this versatile compound offers the ultimate solution.
Renowned for its outstanding robustness, minimal shrinkage, and superior adhesion, the K50 self-leveling compound creates an impeccably seamless and sturdy base, ideal for floor installations. It excels on solid substrates such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces, ensuring a flawless foundation.
1. Demonstrates extraordinary fluidity, automatically smoothing and leveling the ground with ease.
2. Dramatically improves the density, hardness, and uniformity of foundational layers.
3. Effectively reduces porosity and encourages even absorption, enhancing structural integrity.
4. Features rapid drying and early setting times, allowing for the grinding and installation of decorative flooring materials within an impressive 1-2 days.
5. Exhibits low shrinkage characteristics, preventing cracking during ground preparation.

The K50 is designed for effortless application with a flexible thickness range from 2mm to 5mm in a single coat.
1. Ensure the surface is free from oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any residual coatings.
2. Smoothen uneven surfaces by grinding to eliminate loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to remove all residual materials and dust.
3. Guarantee the base remains dry and free of any puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent substrates, utilize the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal pre-treatment.
Adhere to a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% to achieve optimal results.
1. Following thorough base layer cleaning, select an appropriate primer. Upon primer absorption and initial drying (about 2-6 hours post-application), commence self-leveling pre-work.
2. Begin by pouring approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound and mix until smooth and lump-free. Apply the mixture evenly with a notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the fresh mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the process within 10 minutes.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, utilize a defoaming roller to remove entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated area, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. When sealed, the product has a reliable shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, it is crucial to prevent collisions and compression to avoid package damage.
