Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is uniformly smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical residues like release agents. For loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, this product is not recommended. Prior to application, engage in shot blasting and thorough vacuuming.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for optimal results.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust to suit substrate absorption. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring full penetration for maximum efficacy.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, consider multiple applications for superior resilience.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, allowing for versatile finishing options.
