TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE: Start by removing dust and debris on the floor with a mop. If the floor is uneven, use self-leveling materials to create a smooth and spotless surface.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION: With a scraper brush, apply the adhesive evenly across the floor. Wait 15-20 minutes until it transitions from white to transparent, then proceed to lay the carpet.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION: Lay out the carpet flat and smooth, apply pressure uniformly, and use a rubber mallet or a pressure roller for a perfect fit.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
Allow the carpet adhesive to gain bonding strength in 3 hours. Avoid walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours. This method supports weight without bubbling or deformation, ensuring a flawless finish.
