Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, free from cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. Note: This product is unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Shot blasting is necessary. Thoroughly sand and vacuum the substrate before application.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing all unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:2, tailored to substrate absorption. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring total penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready for the application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a smooth and durable finish.
