Installation Instructions
Achieve perfect wood flooring installation by using a B11 notched trowel, specifically designed for wood flooring adhesive application. Remember to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain efficiency. Consider the open time, which is influenced by adhesive quantity, climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. Adhesive readiness is indicated by the formation of strings, signaling the ideal time to proceed with installation.
For wet bonding with SPC, WPC, and LVT flooring, utilize a B1 notched trowel, ensuring to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters. Commence flooring installation when the adhesive forms strings, guaranteeing effective adhesion to both the floor and the back of the flooring. During installation, employ a roller to roll the entire surface, using a cork board to press down edges and corners. This ensures a flat, seamless bond with no dead spots, allowing the flooring to fully integrate with the adhesive. Re-roll the surface after 20 minutes for optimal bonding.
