Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. For substrates that are unstable or excessively sand-shedding, this product is unsuitable. Shot blasting is necessary. Ensure thorough sanding of the substrate followed by vacuuming prior to product application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate all unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for a pristine start.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 based on substrate absorption. Apply a uniform coat using a roller brush to ensure full penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, consider multiple coat applications.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready for application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, establishing a flawless finish.
