The K80 High Strength Surface Self-Leveling Cement can be expertly applied in a single, seamless motion at a versatile thickness range of 3mm to 8mm, offering you exceptional flexibility and precision in your flooring projects.

SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Begin by meticulously eliminating oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings from the surface to ensure it is pristine.
2. Thoroughly sand the uneven ground to effectively remove any loose concrete particles and impurities that may hinder the finishing process.

3. Ensure that the base is kept dry and completely free of any puddles to maintain optimal conditions for application.
4. For substrates that absorb moisture, we recommend using the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For those surfaces that do not absorb, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is ideal for treatment.

APPLICATION

1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer and selecting the most suitable primer. Once the primer has been absorbed and has reached a semi-dry state, approximately 2-6 hours post-application, you are ready to commence the preliminary stages for self-leveling. This ensures a pristine and flawless foundation.

2. Initiate the mixing process by pouring around 5 liters of pristine clean water into a container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound into the water. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until the blend is velvety smooth and completely free of lumps. Carefully pour the mixture onto the surface and spread with precision using a specialized notched trowel to achieve the desired thickness. Ensure the freshly mixed material is shielded from direct sunlight and strong winds to maintain its integrity.

3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, employ a defoaming roller to gently roll over the surface. This crucial step expels any trapped air, ensuring an impeccable finish. Note: Utilize a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute for efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment's temperature meticulously between 5°C and 30°C, while ensuring the relative humidity remains at optimal levels to safeguard the quality of the self-leveling process.

2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-material ratio specified in the product manual. This precision prevents the degradation of the self-leveling material's performance, ensuring a consistent and reliable result.

3. Utilize the mixed self-leveling material within a 20-minute window to prevent premature solidification, which could render the material unusable.

4. Exercise caution during application to ensure the safety of all involved. Avoid any contact of the material with eyes or skin, prioritizing safety at all times.

5. Throughout the critical curing period, take meticulous care to prevent any heavy impacts to the surface or exposure to water, preserving the integrity of your work.

TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, ensuring it is kept safe from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, preserving the packaging and the high quality of the product.
