Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is smooth, and dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, and chemical additives such as release agents. For unstable or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, this product is unsuitable. Shot blasting is mandatory. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum prior to application for optimal results.

Application Method

 

>> Effectively remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare for application.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio between 1:1 and 1:2, depending on substrate absorption. Apply one coat using a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration for maximum efficacy.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied to achieve superior results.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready for the application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a polished and sturdy finish.
