K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface to ensure optimal adherence.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding away loose concrete and debris, then vacuum thoroughly to clear away all dust and loose particles.
3. Ensure the base is dry and free from any puddles to create a perfect foundation.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment; for non-absorbent substrates, use LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve superior results.
Water to mortar ratio: 26%, ensuring the perfect blend for optimal performance.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Pour about 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually add the 25-kg bag of self-leveling compound, and mix until smooth and free of lumps. Spread the mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to maintain the desired thickness. Shield newly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing mixing and application within 10 minutes for best results.
3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, utilize a defoaming roller across the surface to release any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be used for efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment away from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product maintains its quality for up to 6 months.
During transportation, take care to avoid collisions and compression to maintain packaging integrity and prevent damage.
