The K50 commercial self-leveling compound is an advanced, water-hardening inorganic composite crafted with precision from superior raw materials. Its finely-tuned formulation ensures remarkable fluidity, enabling swift and efficient leveling of indoor floors. This versatile compound is essential for preparing surfaces before the installation of a wide array of flooring materials, including elegant plastic floorings, sleek sheet materials, durable tile options, and charming wooden floors, making it an indispensable choice for construction professionals.
Renowned for its supreme strength, minimal shrinkage, and impressive adhesion, the K50 self-leveling compound offers a flawless, robust foundation essential for floor paving. It is ideally suited for various solid substrates, such as sturdy concrete floors, reliable cement mortar leveling layers, and sophisticated stone tile surfaces, ensuring a seamless and durable finish every time.
1. Demonstrating outstanding fluidity, it self-levels the ground effortlessly.
2. Enhances the foundation's density, hardness, and overall homogeneity.
3. Minimizes porosity while improving uniform absorption capabilities.
4. Fast drying and early setting allow for the grinding and placement of decorative flooring materials within just 1-2 days, accelerating project timelines.
5. Low shrinkage dramatically reduces the risk of cracking during ground treatment, ensuring longevity and durability.

K50 can be applied in a single layer ranging from 2mm to 5mm thickness, offering adaptability for various applications.
1. Eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface to ensure optimal adherence.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding away loose concrete and debris, then vacuum thoroughly to clear away all dust and loose particles.
3. Ensure the base is dry and free from any puddles to create a perfect foundation.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment; for non-absorbent substrates, use LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve superior results.
Water to mortar ratio: 26%, ensuring the perfect blend for optimal performance.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Pour about 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually add the 25-kg bag of self-leveling compound, and mix until smooth and free of lumps. Spread the mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to maintain the desired thickness. Shield newly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing mixing and application within 10 minutes for best results.
3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, utilize a defoaming roller across the surface to release any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be used for efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment away from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product maintains its quality for up to 6 months.
During transportation, take care to avoid collisions and compression to maintain packaging integrity and prevent damage.
