Celebrated for its impressive strength, minimal shrinkage, and superior adhesion, the K50 self-leveling compound establishes a smooth, robust base perfect for floor installations. It is well-suited for application on a diverse range of solid substrates, such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces, ensuring long-lasting stability.
1. Boasting superb fluidity, it effortlessly achieves perfect ground leveling.
2. Enhances the foundation's density, strength, and uniformity.
3. Minimizes porosity while optimizing uniform absorption for superior results.
4. Quick-drying and early setting allows for decorative flooring installation within 1-2 days.
5. Reduced shrinkage effectively prevents cracking during ground treatment processes.

The K50 can be applied seamlessly in a single layer ranging from 2mm to 5mm thickness, providing flexibility for varied project requirements.
1. Thoroughly clean the surface by removing all oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings.
2. Grind the uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then vacuum to ensure complete removal of all dust and loose materials.
3. Ensure the substrate remains dry and free from any standing water or puddles.
4. When dealing with absorbent substrates, use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent substrates, apply the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve optimal surface preparation.
Maintain a precise water-to-mortar ratio of 26% for optimal performance and consistency.
1. Post thorough cleaning of the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours after application), initiate pre-work for self-leveling applications.
2. Add roughly 6 liters of clean water to a container, then gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Distribute the mixture evenly using a notched trowel to regulate thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within 10 minutes.
3. Before the compound begins to set, utilize a defoaming roller to expel any entrapped air. Note: A pump capable of delivering 20-40 liters per minute can be employed for efficient transport of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, cool location, protected from direct sunlight and moisture-rich environments. When sealed, the shelf life extends up to 6 months, preserving its quality and performance.
During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, thereby preserving the integrity of the packaging.
