K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly clean the surface by removing all oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings.
2. Grind the uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then vacuum to ensure complete removal of all dust and loose materials.
3. Ensure the substrate remains dry and free from any standing water or puddles.
4. When dealing with absorbent substrates, use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent substrates, apply the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve optimal surface preparation.
Maintain a precise water-to-mortar ratio of 26% for optimal performance and consistency.
1. Post thorough cleaning of the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours after application), initiate pre-work for self-leveling applications.
2. Add roughly 6 liters of clean water to a container, then gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Distribute the mixture evenly using a notched trowel to regulate thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within 10 minutes.
3. Before the compound begins to set, utilize a defoaming roller to expel any entrapped air. Note: A pump capable of delivering 20-40 liters per minute can be employed for efficient transport of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, cool location, protected from direct sunlight and moisture-rich environments. When sealed, the shelf life extends up to 6 months, preserving its quality and performance.
During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, thereby preserving the integrity of the packaging.
