The LG9000 water-based adhesive is meticulously crafted for floor decoration materials demanding exceptional elasticity and robust curing properties, including wood flooring, SPC, WPC, and LVT. It excels as a wet-bond, pressure-sensitive adhesive, ready to bond with pre-treated absorbent substrates. Showcasing its versatility, this adhesive also functions as an efficient gap-filler and pressure-sensitive adhesive on non-absorbent substrates or existing flooring, although with limited application.
On non-absorbent substrates, flooring can seamlessly be installed just 20-50 minutes post adhesive application. This adhesive offers enduring adhesion, coupled with remarkable peel and shear strength. It cures rapidly, achieving remarkable curing strength. Ensure your substrate is solid, smooth, dry, crack-free, and dust-free for best results. On uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent substrates, it is crucial to pre-treat the surface with LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to avert any substrate debonding.
Installation Instructions
For impeccable wood flooring installation, employ a B11 notched trowel specifically designed for wood flooring adhesive. Replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain precision. The open time should be determined by considering adhesive quantity, climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. Recognize the adhesive is ready when it begins forming strings, signaling it's primed for flawless bonding.
In wet bonding applications for SPC, WPC, or LVT flooring, deploy a B1 notched trowel, changing the notched bar every 100 square meters for enhanced performance. Initiate flooring installation as the adhesive begins to form strings, ensuring splendid adherence between the adhesive and flooring, with effective transfer to the flooring's backside. During installation, meticulously roll the entire surface with a roller, employing a cork board to press the edges and corners. Confirm that the entire surface is uniformly pressed flat without any voids to guarantee complete bonding between flooring and adhesive. Conduct a repeat rolling after 20 minutes for optimal results. Adhere strictly to the technical instructions provided by Lan Guan for a successful installation.
