Substrate Treatment
Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, and free of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. If the substrate surface is loose or exhibits extensive sand shedding, this product is not suitable for reinforcement, and shot blasting is recommended. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.
>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for a clean application base.
>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, depending on the substrate's absorption rate. Apply uniformly with a roller brush to ensure thorough penetration.
>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied as necessary.
>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering materials, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
