Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, free of cracks, oil stains, and & chemical additives such as release agents. Avoid use on loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Shot blasting is recommended. Thoroughly sand the substrate and vacuum it before application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable, loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, depending on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring full penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as needed.

>> Following curing, the substrate is ready for application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
