Installation Instructions
To achieve a flawless wood flooring installation, the B11 notched trowel, specifically designed for wood flooring adhesive, is the recommended tool of choice. It is imperative to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to ensure uniform application. Fine-tune the open time by taking into account the adhesive volume, prevailing climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive is ready for use when it begins to form strings, guaranteeing optimal bonding performance.
For the wet bonding of SPC, WPC, or LVT floors, the B1 notched trowel is the preferred instrument, with a notched bar replacement mandated every 100 square meters. Begin the flooring installation as soon as the adhesive starts to form strings to ensure effective adhesion and proper transfer to the underside of the flooring. During installation, thoroughly roll the entire surface with a roller and employ a cork board to press edges and corners, achieving a perfectly flat adherence without any dead spots. This ensures comprehensive bonding between the floor and adhesive. Reinforce the bond by rolling again 20 minutes later.
