Performance characteristics
The LG9000 water-based adhesive is a game-changer in floor decoration materials, especially for those requiring exceptional elasticity and robust curing properties like wood flooring, SPC, WPC, and LVT. It's versatile enough to be used as a wet-bond, pressure-sensitive adhesive on meticulously pre-treated absorbent substrates. Moreover, it proves its prowess as a gap-filling and pressure-sensitive adhesive on non-absorbent substrates or even existing flooring, albeit to a limited degree, making it an indispensable choice for diverse flooring needs.
Experience the convenience of LG9000 on non-absorbent substrates, where you can begin flooring installation just 20-50 minutes after adhesive application. Revel in its long-lasting adhesion, superior peel and shear strength, rapid curing, and exceptional curing strength. Ensure your substrate is solid, smooth, dry, crack-free, and dust-free for optimal results. When working on uneven, rough, or dusty non-absorbent substrates, enhance the surface using LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to prevent any substrate debonding, ensuring impeccable performance.
Installation Instructions
For flawless wood flooring installation, employ a B11 notched trowel specifically curated for wood flooring adhesive applications. Remember to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain efficiency. Base the open time on factors such as the adhesive quantity applied, climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. You'll know the adhesive is ready for action when it begins forming strings, setting the stage for a seamless installation process.
For wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT flooring, trust a B1 notched trowel for optimal application, swapping out the notched bar every 100 square meters. Initiate flooring installation once the adhesive starts forming strings, ensuring an effective bond with the floor that transfers seamlessly to the backing. During installation, roll over the entire surface with a roller, utilizing a cork board to firmly press edges and corners. This ensures a completely flat and seamless bond without dead spots, allowing the flooring to fully integrate with the adhesive. Roll again after 20 minutes for superior adherence. Adhere to Lan Guan's technical guidelines for best results.
