Substrate Treatment
For optimal results, ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, devoid of any cracks, oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. If the surface is loose or exhibits extensive sand shedding, the product is unsuitable for reinforcement. In such scenarios, shot blasting is necessary. Ensure the substrate is sanded and thoroughly vacuumed before application for superior adhesion.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, or adjust according to substrate absorption. Apply a coat with a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration and coverage.
>> For optimal reinforcement, additional coats can be applied as required to meet the desired strength.
