SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by meticulously eliminating oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings from the surface. This thorough cleaning ensures optimal bonding and long-lasting performance.
2. Gently sand the uneven ground to meticulously remove any loose concrete and embedded impurities, creating a smooth and flawless foundation for subsequent applications.
3. Ensure that the base is impeccably dry and completely free of puddles, as moisture can compromise the integrity and adherence of the surface solution.
4. For those substrates that are highly absorbent, we recommend employing our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent to achieve superior penetration and bonding. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the use of our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised to ensure exceptional adhesion and durability.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleansing the base layer to guarantee optimal adhesion. Choose a suitable primer that gets absorbed efficiently by the base layer, starting the drying process in approximately 2-6 hours. Once this stage is reached, prepare to apply the Premium Self-Leveling Cement for best results.
2. In a container, pour about 5 liters of pristine water. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of our superior self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to blend until the mixture achieves an impeccably smooth, lump-free texture. Spread the mixed material evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and high winds to ensure optimal results.
3. Before the compound sets, deftly glide a defoaming roller over the surface to effectively release any entrapped air. Note: For a seamless application, employ a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to effortlessly transport the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment's temperature within 5°C to 30°C and ensure the relative humidity remains low, optimizing material performance.
2. Adhere strictly to the water ratio as detailed in the product manual. Precision is crucial to prevent any compromise in the exceptional performance of our self-leveling compound, which may result from excessive or insufficient water.
3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material within 20 minutes to avoid premature solidification, ensuring a smooth and effective surface application.
4. Exercise caution to prevent the material from splattering onto skin or into eyes during application, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
5. During the critical curing period, safeguard the surface from impacts by heavy objects and avoid exposure to water, preserving the integrity of the cured surface.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool area, away from direct sunlight and moisture to preserve product quality. During transportation, avoid impacts and compression to prevent any damage to the packaging, ensuring the product arrives in pristine condition.
