Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, clean, & dry, and free from cracks, oil stains, & any chemical additives such as release agents. In cases of loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, this product is not suitable. Shot blasting is necessary. Thoroughly sand the substrate and vacuum prior to application for optimal results.

Application Method

 

>> Thoroughly remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for a pristine base.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 based on substrate absorption levels. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration for superior adhesion.

>> For enhanced reinforcement and added strength, multiple coats can be applied to suit your needs.

>> Once the substrate has cured, it is ready and primed for the application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a durable and smooth finish.
