Please Note: For a layer thickness of 2cm to 3cm, it is essential to enhance the mixture by adding 8kg of premium quartz sand to achieve optimal performance and durability with K12. This step ensures that the mortar maintains its strength and stability even in challenging conditions.
1. Begin by meticulously removing oil stains, dust particles, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface. This prepares a pristine canvas for the mortar application.
2. Sand the uneven ground with precision to eliminate loose concrete and unwanted impurities, ensuring a smooth and even foundation.
3. For areas with leaks, initially apply a high-quality leak-stopper to seal any leaks, ensuring that the ground is completely dry and devoid of water. Note: During outdoor constructions in summer, lightly moisten the ground first and allow the surface to dry thoroughly before proceeding. This will enhance the overall result and ensure optimal performance.
4. For substrates with high absorbency, it is highly recommended to use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent substrate surfaces, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is the ideal treatment choice.

4. Carefully pour the expertly mixed material into the designated repair area. Use a trowel to spread it evenly, guaranteeing a pristine, smooth surface. Follow with a roller to debubble, effortlessly eliminating any surface bubbles, thus achieving a flawless, professional finish.
1. Ensure that the ambient temperature for construction is consistently maintained between 5ºC and 30ºC. For outdoor applications, it is highly advisable to shield the area from direct sunlight and refrain from undertaking construction activities during rainy conditions.
2. It is imperative to adhere strictly to the water-to-product ratio specified in the manual. Deviating from this ratio by adding too much or too little water could significantly impair the performance characteristics of the self-leveling material.
3. Apply the prepared self-leveling material within a 20-minute window to avert premature solidification, which would render the material unusable.
4. Exercise utmost caution during construction to prevent accidental contact of the material with eyes or skin, thereby ensuring the safety of all personnel involved.
