Substrate Treatment

Make sure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives such as release agents. For loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, this product is not applicable. Utilize shot blasting for preparation. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum meticulously before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove all unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for optimal results.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, tailored to substrate absorption. Apply a uniform coat with a roller brush, ensuring every inch is thoroughly penetrated.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, apply multiple coats as needed.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready for application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering materials, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, guaranteeing a flawless finish.
