This adhesive is the ideal choice for use on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, as well as absorbent substrates like concrete. Engineered with advanced technology, this adhesive expertly seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate. It markedly reduces the absorption rate of porous materials, bolstering surface integrity.

By obstructing the absorption of moisture from the leveling layer by the substrate, it efficiently boosts bonding strength, ensuring robust adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation. It effectively resolves common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives, such as release agents. For surfaces that are loose or exhibit heavy sand shedding, this product is not recommended. Pre-treatment with shot blasting and thorough vacuuming is required before application.

Application Method

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, or adjust according to substrate absorption. Apply a thorough coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For additional reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats for superior strength.

>> Upon curing, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement to achieve the desired finish.
