Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & thoroughly dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. For surfaces that are loose or exhibit significant sand shedding, this product is not suitable. In such cases, shot blasting is necessary. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum clean before application to ensure optimal results.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for a clean start.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, adjusting according to substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring it penetrates completely for maximum effect.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coatings can be applied to achieve desired strength.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is prepared for the application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, allowing for a pristine finish.
