Performance characteristics
The LG9000 water-based adhesive stands as the pinnacle of innovation for flooring solutions requiring unparalleled elasticity and advanced curing capabilities. Specially crafted for materials such as wood flooring, SPC, WPC, and LVT, this adhesive is a testament to versatility, performing seamlessly as both a wet-bond and pressure-sensitive adhesive on pre-treated absorbent surfaces. Its groundbreaking formulation is adept at limited usage for gap-filling and maintaining pressure-sensitivity on non-absorbent substrates or existing floors. Experience the excellence and reliability your projects merit.
Enhance your flooring installations with LG9000 on non-absorbent surfaces, initiating installation a mere 20-50 minutes post-application for an optimal experience. Benefit from its lasting adhesion, impressive peel and shear strength, rapid curing process, and formidable curing strength. Ensure that your substrate is robust, smooth, dry, crack-free, and dust-free for the best results. For complex surfaces-whether uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent-fortify the surface integrity with LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to prevent debonding. Discover unparalleled stability and performance.
Installation Instructions
Achieve flawless wood flooring installations by utilizing a B11 notched trowel, specifically engineered for wood flooring adhesive use. Replace the notched bar with every 100 square meters covered. The open time varies based on adhesive quantity, climatic conditions, and the substrate's absorption rate. The adhesive becomes primed for application once it forms strings, indicating it is ready to deliver exceptional performance.
For the wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, it is recommended to use a B1 notched trowel. Remember to replace the notched bar after every 100 square meters for consistent performance. Initiate installation when the adhesive starts forming strings to ensure optimal transfer to the flooring's backside. During the process, meticulously roll the entire surface with a roller, using a cork board to press edges and corners for a smooth, gap-free bond. Perform a follow-up roll 20 minutes later. For comprehensive guidelines, adhere closely to Lan Guan's technical instructions to ensure the integrity of your flooring.
