Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & completely dry, free from cracks and oil stains, & free of any chemical agents like release agents. Not suitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces; requires shot blasting. Thoroughly sand and vacuum the substrate before use.

Application Method

 

>> Clear away any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, depending on substrate absorption, and apply a coat with a roller brush for complete penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, additional coats can be applied.

>> Once cured, the substrate is prepared for the application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
