Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is perfectly smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & any chemical additives like release agents. Note: this product is unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. It is imperative to perform shot blasting and thorough vacuuming before application.

Application Method

>> Prepare the floor surface by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains thoroughly.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, adjusting as necessary based on substrate absorption. Ensure complete penetration by applying one coat with a roller brush.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats to achieve desired strength and durability.

>> Once the substrate is fully cured, it is ready to be directly treated with the application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a robust and immaculate finish.
