Designed to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces experiencing slight sand shedding, as well as aerated concrete block surfaces. Ideal for putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and absorbent substrates like concrete. Our adhesive expertly seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption rates of porous substrates.
This innovative solution prevents the leveling layer's moisture from being absorbed by the substrate, thereby enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. It ensures firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, effectively eliminating issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment
Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. If the substrate is loose or exhibits extensive sand shedding, this product is not suitable for reinforcement, and shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.
>> Remove any loose, unstable materials and oil stains from the floor surface.
>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, depending on substrate absorption. Apply one coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.
>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied.
>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
