The K50 commercial self-leveling compound is a superior water-hardening inorganic composite material crafted from premium-quality raw materials with a meticulously fine ratio. It boasts exceptional fluidity, enabling rapid and precise leveling of indoor floors. This versatile compound is widely acclaimed for its application in leveling preparations prior to the installation of various flooring materials, including plastic flooring, sheet materials, tile materials, and wooden floors.
Renowned for its high strength, low shrinkage, and outstanding adhesion, the K50 self-leveling compound offers a pristine, smooth, and robust foundation for subsequent floor paving. Its suitability extends to a diverse array of solid substrates, such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces.
1. Exhibits excellent fluidity that effortlessly levels the ground
2. Enhances density, hardness, and ensures uniformity of the foundation
3. Minimizes porosity while boosting uniform absorption
4. Quick drying and early setting facilitate grinding and decorative flooring installation within 1-2 days
5. Low shrinkage characteristic significantly reduces the risk of cracking during ground treatment

The K50 can be seamlessly applied in layers ranging from 2mm to 5mm thickness in a single application.
1. Ensure the surface is free of oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings.
2. Grind down uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, followed by thorough vacuuming to remove residues and dust.
3. Maintain the base dry and devoid of any puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, apply the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% for optimal results.
1. After thorough cleaning of the base layer, choose the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed by the base and begins to dry (typically 2-6 hours post-application), commence pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and mix thoroughly with a mixer until the mixture is lump-free and smooth. Spread the mixed material evenly using a specialized notched trowel for controlled thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, ensuring the mixing and application process is completed within 10 minutes.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, utilize a defoaming roller to eliminate any trapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be utilized for transporting the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
