Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of any cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. For surfaces that are loose or exhibit extensive sand shedding, reinforcement with this product is unsuitable, necessitating shot blasting instead. Prior to application, always sand and thoroughly vacuum the substrate.

Application Method

 

>> Carefully remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure optimal results.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, tailored to substrate absorption needs. Apply a single comprehensive coat using a roller brush to ensure full penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, apply multiple coats as required to achieve desired results.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a superior finish.
