Our groundbreaking PVC Flooring Adhesive has been meticulously engineered to fortify and stabilize cement mortar wall surfaces that encounter minor sand shedding, along with aerated concrete block surfaces. This adhesive is ideal for application on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and absorbent substrates such as concrete. Our advanced adhesive effectively seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, drastically reducing the absorption rate of porous materials.

By maintaining the moisture within the leveling layer, it prevents absorption by the substrate, ensuring strengthened bonding, guaranteeing durable adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, thus eliminating typical issues like peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. This product is unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Prior to application, shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are essential.

Application Method

 

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust based on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
