This state-of-the-art adhesive is designed to effectively seal capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, substantially minimizing the absorption rate of porous materials.

By guarding against moisture absorption from the leveling layer by the substrate, it impressively boosts the bonding strength, guaranteeing steadfast adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, thereby resolving common issues like peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. This product is not suitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Shot blasting and meticulous vacuuming are essential before application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting as necessary based on substrate absorption. Apply one coat using a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For heightened reinforcement, consider the application of multiple coats.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
