Our groundbreaking PVC Flooring Adhesive is engineered with precision to reinforce and stabilize cement mortar wall surfaces that may experience minor sand shedding, along with aerated concrete block surfaces. This adhesive is excellently suited for application on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and absorbent substrates like concrete. With its advanced formulation, this adhesive expertly seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, dramatically reducing the absorption rate of porous materials.

By preventing moisture from being absorbed by the substrate within the leveling layer, it effectively amplifies bonding strength, ensuring a robust adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, solving common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. For unstable or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, this product is not recommended. Utilize shot blasting and thorough vacuuming prior to application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains present on the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting based on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring full penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, consider multiple coat applications.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
